It is definitely nothing to look at and it doesn't feel very special, but the food was amazingly delicious. Prices were fair and we truly enjoyed it. .. Looks like they are still in covid lockdown, and really don't have an area for dining inside. This is a great place. It's very unpretentious. They're there to feed a community, which they do, and they do it well. Far from the only Chinese or Asian option within walking distance they are nonetheless my go to. They do a great job with classic/traditional dishes. My only ding is their fried rice - it's ... literally white rice they tossed in a wok, with nothing else. It just doesn't tick any boxes for me. Highly recommend this place! The service is always fast, and the staff is super friendly every time I visit. I ordered the crab rangoon, and it was absolutely perfect—light, crispy, and filled just right. I also tried the General Tso’s chicken with hot and sour soup, and both were so good! The portions are generous ... for the price, and I always have leftovers to enjoy later. The hot and sour soup had the perfect balance of sour with just a little kick of heat. The food was so good. The food arrived piping hot! I was so hungry but stuck at work and the food arrived so quickly. This is my first time ordering Rose Garden and I am glad I did. I forgot my drink and condiments and the person that helped me was so nice and understanding. I will definitely be ordering again.
